great stay but some small room for improvement

The staff arranged for my room to be ready early which was a fantastic surprise I truly appreciated the comfortable bedding that made sleeping a wonderful experience. The bar had a selection of non-alcoholic cocktails that showcased creativity and flavor which made dining enjoyable.

I had a lovely stay with my family! The bartenders were excellent and made our evenings enjoyable. The bar and restaurant had such beautiful decor that it added to the ambiance. I also appreciated the comfortable queen room we had, though it was smaller than expected from the photos. Would definitely come back!

Room service proved troublesome as calls went unanswered, and the coffee maker didn't function properly, leaving me craving a decent cup.

The location is a major plus, just a short walk to Ponce City Market. My room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was incredibly soft and comfy. However, the pillows were uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Parking only offered valet service at $40 a night, which felt a bit steep. Breakfast was also not included, which was disappointing. The overall atmosphere was enjoyable, but a few little tweaks could enhance the experience.

The location was perfect, just a five-minute walk to Ponce City Market. It would have been nice if the shower pressure was a bit stronger.
